We offer Ayurvedic consultation, Yoga taught in the style of B.K.S. Iyengar, and Holistic Massage. While yoga and massage are familiar to many, Ayurveda is yoga’s sister science, designed to support the body, mind, and spirit in order to help further each practitioner’s spiritual pursuits.  At the same time Materia Medica strives to create a supportive community where people can share their opinions, ideas and life-styles. Our community takes pride in its ecologically conscious practices, offering organic, fair trade and “green” products.
